Rival Air

I've had nothing but problems with Rival Air. I've called repeatedly to book a service appointment. They take my information and say they'll call back with an appointment and weeks pass without ever hearing from them. After finally getting them to book something when I had them on the phone, they said it would be "Thursday two and a half weeks from now", but they would call with a time as it got closer. Well, it's now Tuesday late afternoon before the appointment and I still don't know when, or even if, they're coming. I just called to see what's going on and once again, they'll have someone call me. I'm not holding my breath.

Booked an appointment for a service staff to come to my place the following week in the afternoon between 1-3pm, as they said they were busy with repair requests due to the hot weather. When they did not show up, I called up Rival Air, who told me that they were already running late, and won't be there until 4:30pm, which I agreed to wait for. They still never showed up. When I called up to see what happened the following day, they basically said I agreed to cancel due to the delay, which I never did. Best to steer away from this company to avoid any hassle.
