We wanted to do some renovations at our house, our friend recommended Ian who had done work at their house. He came and gave us a quote and he seemed nice and knowledgeable so we hired him even though he was more expensive then other quotes we had received but we wanted the job done right so we chose him. However he sent others to do the job, we think they may have been apprentinces as they did so many mistakes, as some examples an entryway they did was very noticeably unlevel, light switches were put upside down, gyprock work was left wavy, cracked and unpaintable, doors left not closing properly and trims unfinished.
Ian did not even come and check their work once they had finished the job.
