After taking 6 months to get to final contract signing (most of the delay caused by a totally inefficient staff who didn't seem to understand building at all), this company decided at the last minute to add on several thousand dollars for items that were totally unnecessary and after asking them to explain we haven't been able to get anyone to reply, leaving us 6 months behind and having to start all over again. It is apparent that they prefer naive, young, first home buyers who understand nothing about construction and are likely, at a late stage in the process, to accept outrageous demands. I would recommend this company to NO-ONE. Find another company.
