Very good service and nice charcoal chicken, nice service, the food there is always fresh

Honestly the worst charcoal chicken i have had.
Got a chicken roll and it came in a plastic pocket. Was cold and it went soggy to the point it looked like it was dipped in water. Could not eat it. I called and complained and was told they put the chicken in the microwave before giving it to me! I coukd not beleive it! Why would chicken have to go in a microwave at a "charcoal chicken" shop? Never again! Stay away!!!

The box of family chips purchased were topped up with hot chips.

Half way down the box the shrivelled up cold chips clearly looked to have sauce on them. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!

Their Chicken Burgers are the best I've ever tried. Large pieces of REAL chicken with plenty of mayo to go along with it!

Their full chicken is pretty average though.
