Booked a Christmas function for 20 people and paod in full. They called (a week before the function) to say that they had mechanical problems with the boat and tried to re-book for another night. This was not possible for us so we requested a full refund as we had paid in full. It is now the end of Feb 2014 and we are still waiting for our refund despite numerous phone calls and emails. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
