Very poor customer service. I required a minor repair to the seam of my favorite dress. After I picked the dress up, I noticed the hem was a good two inches shorter than the lining. The management blamed me saying I must have washed the dress and shrunk it. It was quite clear that their altering the side seam had affected the hemline. They took no responsibility and wanted to charge me again to repair their mistake. I would not recommend this business at all.
