Horrid experience. Recently needed to cancel and order and delivery. Was treated cruely for a situation out of our hands. My husband was also called instantly and also questioned and spoken to very abruptly and rudely. They also kept some of the money as "compensation" but handing over an envelope and not saying anything about it. I would NEVER recommend this florist as I was left in tears from my experience!
