Riverwall was recently assigned to my property to rebuild my damaged garage after the recent storms. I have never had a such a bad experience from any other company in my life! They were rude and all told me different stories every time i called, they had no idea what was going on and the management never called back. They were either late or no shows and when they did finally show up the work was so shonky they had to return and re-do work the over again! I WILL NEVER LET RIVERWALL DO ANY WORK ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN!
Riverwall carried out repairs to my property after i lodged an insurance claim with my insurer. I was very happy with their professionalism and the professionalism of their subcontractors. I will deffinately recommend Riverwall Constructions and if required, i will certainly use them in the future.
Don't use this company!!! If your insurance company contract them to do some work, make sure you ask for someone else. They don't guarantee their work and when you have then come and inspect the faults in their workmanship they basically ignore issues and file a summary with the insurance company saying that they did not contribute to the problem. I would like to thank Riverwall constructions for the works they completed at our property, they where professional at all times & kept us updated thought out the life of the claim. I would highly recommend Riverwall & complement the team that worked on our property, if we ever need any other works done to our property I know who we will be contacting.
