Ray and Jamie are very good electricians would highly recommend them.. Very happy to try and please the customer will do a lot of things that others won't such for us removing unwanted electric sockets. They updated our meter box and brought up to code installed some exhaust fans and some LED lights. They are really good at what they do but may make mess, standard electrical practice. Don't ask them to do jobs after 3pm unless you are willing to pay for after hours. Don't ask them to work in roof or when required to remove tiles when wet as they are not willing to risk your property and don't abuse them because they aren't willing to risk you property or yours or their lives. WIll recommend and be return customer very happy. :D
I've used RJC once before and was impressed with their work, in fact so much so I wanted their repeat business. Sadly this was a once off and have been let down ever since. Twice I've made bookings and twice they have cancelled on me, most recently without any warning! Not good enough - clearly they don't value client service. Needless to say I won't be contacting RJC Electrical again. Too unreliable and I get the impression they have too much work. Disappointed.
As an employee of RJC Electrical i thought it was neccessary to inform people of the reason we did not attend this job. As it was raining the client was contacted as soon as possible to inform them that we would not be able to attend due to the weather. As opening the roof up was required to complete the job we realised it was not possible due to the possibility of causing damage to the clients property and the potential risk of injury that may be caused as a result of getting on a roof in the rain. We do value our clientel and put an emphasis on our customer service.
Very good quality of work
Rang them to come over after lunch on a weekday ( we do not take bookings after 3pm, or work on weekend), waited for 45mins what a no show! I rang them, said they had such a headache that they couldn't see and could we make it another day at 3.30pm (says the person who says they don't make bookings after 3pm!!!), so here I am waiting again, no show! and yep, you guessed it won't even answer their phone. We won't be recommend them to our friends or family. They have lost out because they could've made 10K of us easily on our properties.
