Annual air-conditioning maintenance. Received invoice and a quote for $700+ to replace filters. No problem with aircon before the service but it stopped working immediately after. Another visit where Technician said the filters were good for another year (i.e. not replaced) but solenoid needed replaces. Invoiced to replace a mysteriously faulty solenoid and for filter replacement! You cannot trust these people. Avoid at all costs!!

We have spoken with your property manage been your father, and have requested your contact details on two occasions, and he obviously doesn't want to deal with this as our request has gone un answered, please forward us your contact details so we can deal with this
Not to cast doubt on the reviews below, but I've used this company for a few years now for servicing and repairs on my a/c and had no problems. The guys they've sent out have come on time and done solid work. Despite quoting me for a motor replacement over the phone, the guy's come out today and discovered the problem was minor and a replacement not required. Was charged the $140 call out.
And no, I've no interests in the business either financially or personally.

Wished have read earlier.Got quote for call out $140.00 accepted asked them to call prior to arriving so could let them in $5.00 fee for call. One hour total on job told motor seized.

Your comments in regards to this are totally incorrect as you authorised the job and then proceeded to get a substitute motor which is not recognized by the manufacturer.
Disgusting! But is exactly how we were treated. They do not care about their clients or their client's concerns.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! When phoning, the problem (to change part we already had) was described to the staff. The model of the air conditioner & also the part# was supplied. We were advised a $140 fee including 1hr labour. When the service staff came out, was here 15mins & advised "there are a few problems". I asked what exactly & they said they didn't know & would have to look later on. I queried as the fee included 1hr but they said they didn't know & reduced the rate by a huge $20! When I called the office to enquire, the reception advised staff would get back to the office, the management would look in the manual & call us with a quote the following day. No call back the following day. The next business day received a call back from reception to advise they do not repair these aircons & basically our problem. When asked what make of airconditioner you had we were given a different name to what you actually have, we then spoke to you stating that we do not deal with that make and proceeded to give you the name and number of a person that does, and was charged the standard call out fee.
