My realtor is with a high end agency and he recommended RMK Carpentry.
RMK showed up on time, communication was easy, and the property preparation jobs were done promptly and to my full satisfaction. I would hire RMK again and I actually just did for some additional work on the property prior to going to market.
I also recommended RMK to my auntie as she needs some work done to her property.
In February last year RMK Carpentry and Property Maintenance of Ryde did a small repair job for me at my rental unit on the lower north shore in Sydney. Apparently, one of my tenants had stood on the vanity whilst replacing a light bulb.
This repair job was organised via my property manager, a reputable property management group. It was a simple job that involved resealing a bathroom vanity at the wall using silicone and stabilising one of the feet using spacers so that the new silicone would not pull away or split. ...read more
Thank you for your review apprecaite it , maybe next time you can put in your complaint , that the job was done 1 year ago, and it has been caused by the tenants to come away from the wall again, not from how we repaired it
Also would like to add , we dont do work for that company any more which was our choice not there choice, but as usual they twist and turns things to take the heat off them selves , cause they dont have anything else to fall back on, when talking to you about the situation , but feel free to call me to discuss
