Rita is a fully trained Wella and Original&Mineral technician, qualified make up artist and brow & lash specialist. She has put together a professional team that are very passionate and dedicated to bringing the highest standards of hair, beauty and makeup to the community, located centrally in the heart of The Spot, Randwick.
We have sourced and selected a range of high quality professional products, that we use and recommend. These ranges are all vegan and colour safe with added UV Protection. All with no sulphate, parabens, mineral oil, petroleum and gluten.
We are proud to carry the Australian brand Original&Mineral, which is 100% ammonia, paraben, resorcinol and PPD free. This brand delivers safe, yet professional results making a great option for those that are sensitive, pregnant, or a looking for a healthier alternative to colouring.

I have been going to Rita for over 8 years now. She's the best in the trade for me. I have so much trust in her that I allow her to do anything with my hair. She takes into account my personality, lifestyle and preferences and work with that.
From my wedding hair to everyday hair, Rita has looked after me on every occasion. Now I have my whole family going there. Every Time I get my hair done, I get heaps of compliments. Great salon, comes with my highest recommendation.
I had my hair done with Rachael yesterday and she gave me a great cut and colour! Rachael listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked. She gave me a quote before she started,which I think is such a great thing to do. Rachael has great knowledge and experience and I'll be going back for sure :-)
Rita has been my hairdresser now for over 2 years. She expertly took my badly damaged, died-at-home-blonde hair and painstakingly foiled it in stages back to my natural colour, removing the damage and brassiness, and a great cut.
Rita gave a beautiful and natural result under difficult conditions. My natural colour has been able to grow out now in balance with the ends.
My hair is now so much healthier, and cut to suit my face. The cut is always consistently good and Rita carefully checks what the brief is every time so as not to disappoint. She also listens to all my family health issues so she deserves a medal for that. :)

Extreemly rude staff, I never even got to get my
Hair done because I was running a few minutes late (public transport from the city can be awful) in which I phone them, apologised and told them I wasn't far, then 2 minutes later I get a phone call wondering where I am. I repeated that I already phoned and that I was on my way sorry for the inconvenciance, to which I was told very abruptly 'no it doesn't work like that, we will see whether you can get it done when you get here' bearing in mind I was 30 seconds away. Id like to state firstly that you were 30minutes late, not a few minutes as you have written.
We originally Had you booked in at 1:15pm appointment. You said when you made this appointment you would really like an earlier appointment and if one were to come up to give you a call, we moved a few things around and gave you a call and you had said that you will be able to make it to your new appointment at 10:30am. At 10:35 you advised that you would be 5-10 mins late, not a couple of minutes, 15 mins had past and you had not turned up for your new requested appointment and in this time, we had turned away another appointment, thinking you were not far away. We gave you a call and no answer. Another 5 minutes had past and you decide to return our call, saying that you are stuck in traffic. Half an hour into your appointment you had arrived at the salon. Sorry but there was no way we had enough time to fit you in.
We had you booked for an hour appointment and no way to do that amount of colour work in 30 minutes, even with no consultation. Keep in mind we did you a favor by fitting you in at a time of your convenience and you arrive half an hour late, stating that you were only 5 minutes away.
We pride ourselves with customer service and would not want our already booked in clients to wait another half an hour. In regards to you calling in pretending to be someone else for another appointment, that was free as it was your original 1:15pm appointment which we had moved you from.
We could not of given you an exceptional colour service in such a short amount of time, also without affecting the clients for the rest of the day.
No, I was told that you would let me know if there was any appointments available that day, never got contacted. However when I phoned up, you said there was a few and what time suited.
We apologize if there is any confusion regarding times available on a Saturday.
These appointments are very popular, hence why time keeping is of great importance.
