I sent screen repair for Galaxy S7 edge and got a quote. Samsung then called me that they'll replace it with refurbished phone for no cost. The problem is Samsung asked Roadhound to refund the money I paid and guess what happened? They can't be bothered to send me the phone or refund my money. It's like they're thinking if we don't say or do anything the customer will go away. How are they even allowed to conduct business with this kind of customer service and ethics.
Bad experience. Had many people from work try get phones repaired there in warranty. They make up any excuse to blame the fault on the user and not the hardware. Be careful dealing with them.
Me too ^^^^^^^ how many others are out there it's been 5 weeks and still no phone and there trying to charge me some rediculous amount for something that's not even the issue and when I get my phone back I will be making sure it's not a refurbished one cause I have heard other bad reviews of this happening at this place not happy at all do not recommend them
