Rob Moffat Appliance Repairs

Just want to say the customer service and follow up/through from this business is terrible. We have waited over 3 months for a warranty job yet to be completed. Rather than this business keep us updated we had to chase them and make contact with the supplier to understand the delay. Poor service and I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone. Sorry but this is reality!!!

Truely amazing service! Seriously if an appliance needs repairing, think of Rob Moffat Appliances. I will definitely be a return customer.
