left a family of 6 five weeks without a washing machine.. no contact attempted.. when I called numerous times it was always going to take 2 more weeks..
Once an order for a part us made. The customers and us mechanics all have to wait until they arrive. Sorry but thats beyond our control. Customers have waited for long periods while big companies change hands. Again beyond our control.
Again...Some parts can take even several weeks when on back order via the distributors. Its just out of our control. Its always an inconvenience for all parties.
