Roberts Rapid Repairs

Stay away!! They did a dosgy job on my car that now needs to be redone and a job that should have only taken a day ended up taking a week! He constantly lies and multiple times had appontments booked with him that he didnt bother to show up to or even have the curtesy to tell me he wasnt coming. Trying to get the job redone by him and its taking forever, been months since the job was paid for. So over it and will never be going back here again!

Went to get a quote and the owner proceeded to check out the rest of my car and suggest work he could do until eventually getting to the job I was after. He said he'd have a quote later that day but no call for a few days. Took 2 days of constant rinig for someone to finally answer and then an apology and an email would be sent for the quote.
A week later and nothing. Terrible Service and I very unproffesional. Would advise against taking your vehicle to these people.

They truly take pride and joy knowing you will walk away with a smile on your face and a sparkling car! The time and effort put in to my XR6 Ute to make sure it was looking exceptional. If ever a business deserves to succeed this one does. John & the crew were businesslike and constantly showed interest in getting the best result. This concern translated into real results. Was blown away by the quick service and the commitment to overdelivering - a rarity in this day and age. Not only was the car roof resprayed at a very reasonable price but some additional detailing was done and advice was even given about my wife's car and the best way for her to look after it (plus some complimentary polish to do this). In a nutshell RRR delivered that rarest of things - good old fashioned service.

I have a lot of admiration for this business and I have already recomended them to others. It can be very daunting going into unknown territory and dealing with an insurance situation that I was unfamiliar with,but was soon made to feel comfortable and at ease. My daughters car had the drivers door smashed in while it was parked. The look on her face when it happened to the one I saw when her car was repaired is priceless.My daughter had already checked the reviews on this business and we proceeded to take the car in. We were given other options but knew from the customer service we received from the start that we wanted to get it repaired here. When someone is genuine and takes the time to explain and help you understand circumstances, it is a great feeling of satisfaction.
