Read Robins Kitchens Bateau Bay store RETURN POLICY prior to buying any goods from this shop.
I paid for some goods then 2 days later wanted to return items as not suitable for the person I purchased the goods for.
I was told the store Policy is to give a store credit or giftcard for the amount the goods were.
As the store dosent have the item I required for my friend I wanted my money back like any good REPUTABLE company does, Store will only give you a store credit, so now I have to spend another $50 to get the item I need. This is so wrong, I will never shop there again and to all others out there BE AWARE...

Robyn's Kitchen is always a great place to buy items for your kitchen and the store here at Bateau Bay is no different. The rather tiny store is jam packed (literally) so you do have to be careful not to bump anything, but it bursts at the seams with great discounted items and bargains. They have a great range of those little kitchen utensils, serving wear, table wear, glasses, jugs and of course saucepans and frying plans. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. Great place to shop for anything kitchen :-)
