Robinsons Bookshop

My son was given a book for his birthday he already had. We don’t live close to the book shop so it took a few months to get there to exchange it for another book. The book was in perfect condition and we had the receipt. They said they couodbt help as exchange is 2 weeks. This was not mentioned on the receipt. They were happy to let me leave upset and having been spent no money instead of asking for details so a manager could call. Poor customer service.

Another nicely arranged bookshop. Not a very large one, though the collections are quite unique with figurines from well known movies/books, activity kits, a few toys- a good place to find gifts.
