Robson Brothers 4wd Service & Repair

I had originally reviewed this business as 5*, their customer service is A+. However, i'm not convinced with the quality of their technicians. I had my Jeep in for an oil/filter change, coolant flush/refill and fluid check. Originally, I had my car returned with no rear diff plug after they checked the level. This wasn't found until midnight, and well over an hour into a beach driving trip down south. These things happen, nothing broke and Robson bros accepted fault and rectified the issue. However, I also noticed my jeep was leaking a significant amount of coolant, took it back to Robson brothers for them to state that the coolant overflow bottle was leaking. I took their word for it and purchased a new overflow bottle. Still, it leaks. I took it into a Jeep specialist, they noticed straight away that it was likely that the filter housing had been over torqued causing the O-rings on the oil cooler to compress and fail. Having known Joel and the team at Robson Brothers for a while now, I would highly recommend them. They would have to be, hands down, one of the best 4WD mechanics in Perth. 100% satisfaction each and every time! In WA, I would not entrust the maintenance of my 4WD to any other company. For me its all about honesty, reliability and genuine good customer service and I guarantee you will get it here. Your always contacted if they find something out of the blue and advised of the best route to go with getting it sorted and thats doesnt always mean big $$$ there and then unlike others. The guys are upfront and show you your parts if you want and are always more than happy to walk you through all the things they have done and any little issues that may need doing in the future. They loan car is handy also. If you need your 4WD serviced give these guys a go!
