Fairly good service although rather pricey for my pocket! The hairstylist was gentle but not contributed enough as what may look better on me. The other downside, I was disappointed for not being invited to wait (I was half an hour early) and suggested to come back. It was a hot day and I wasn't keen to roam around outside sitting in a cafe. Unless I am dead on time I may consider to come back.

I will discuss this with my team and make sure all clients are offered the opportunity to sit and relax while waiting for their scheduled appointment while being offered a refreshment and a magazine of their choice, this is our normal policy and I am unsure why you were not offered this.
