Rock Retro Scissors

I recently had my hair coloured at Rock Retro Scissors and I am appalled at the final product! The colour was meant to be through the ends of my hair and blended up through to my roots, however I walked away with a straight line of new colour part way down my hair and it looks like extreme regrowth. Besides the terrible colour application the colour she mixed for me was nowhere near similar to that which I asked for. In attempts to avoid confusion with the colour I even bought in images of the colour I wanted which she said would be easy enough to achieve.

I was so upset with my hair that I left without saying too much because I didn’t trust them to fix it. I went to another hairdresser that same day and asked if and how they could fix the mess and had them fix it for me the next day.

Just because the staff at Rock Retro Scissors have crazy hair colours in their own hair doesn't mean they know how to mix the colours themseleves so don't be tricked like I was.

My explanations re length of hair and colours were not taken into account at all. I required minimal cutting, but chipping in all over, plus darker base with silvery blonde contrast. I got hair cut so short at the back, and sides, that I was in shock when I saw the finished product and left. The sides are about an inch long/short, at best, and the length at the back is almost ear length, instead of collar length. The colour was SO gold/brassy, that the toner had little effect, and silvery highlights were'nt added, as it wouldn't have shown up. Had I not been so shocked, I would have refused to pay the quoted amount,as I sure got a hacked job. Shocking.
