I love rockdale, only ever had good experiences here. I came in after a horror haircut from another salon that I honestly thought only praying and time would fix (we're talking terrible and wonky uneven layers) and an absolutely awful ombre blonde which had mixed with my natural browny/red undertones and left me with a very strange colour! I had a lovely hairdresser here who left me walking out feeling fabulous. She completely recaptured my original colour but made it even better, a nice chestnut brown, and cut it shorter and managed to soften and hide the awful layers done by another hairdresser! Some of the best hairdressing work I've ever seen, and the salon is lovely to sit in with music videos playing and lovely rustic decor. I highly rate this place!

I asked for a warm brown just not too dark. As I was dying from a strawberry blonde I thought there would be no issues here. I left the salon with black hair whilst they assure me it would lighten after a few washes. After washing it and my hair still being black I called them up again and asked for them to correct it but they refused.

Very Rude Arrogant staff... not once did they speak to the client and the price they charge i can get better for less.. Colour was poor and washed out VERY quick (even though i was using expensive colour lock shampoo and never had this happen before) uneven cut..
