Worst car dealer I have ever visit , push me to put in the depoist so I can think about if i want to buy the car, Benny from there toild me to sign a contract after the deposit so he can secure the car until the next moring, and he can cancel the contract and give me the refund if i don't want to go ahead with the purchase, and he lie to me about installing $2500 worth of after market GPS if I do buy it, but on the contract it said it only woth $1350will be put in the car on the contract They are very tricky and dishonest , same as the Finance manager Tanja and Joanna , Tanja ask me to sign a form so she could use my information to do a credit check, they end up saying by signing that they can write off the cooling off period, so that means I am Comitted to buy the car, what a scammer. I am taking the case to fair trading and they sai they are looking forward to it. what a bunch of idiot. Not even worth half a star! The service of this place is disgusting! I wasted time in this place for nothing. The dealers here are sly and untrustworthy. I would NEVER buy a car from this place and I wish I chexked reviews before wasting my time here. Don't bother!!
Appalling. I was sold a car with very flat tires and a cable loose in the engine as well as other issues. It clearly hadn't received the service that was signed in the log book I received at sale. I have been trying to have the issues addressed and service has been unbelievably bad. I have been fobbed off, lied to, passed around to different people while on the phone. I refrained from writing a review for a long time to give them a chance to sort out the mistakes but this has been a continuing issue. I can't believe people bother going to work every day to be so unprofessional and incompetent. I'd give zero stars but its not an option.
I have previously bought a car from Rockdale Nissan (second hand) and I wanted something new. I had a bit of an idea of what I wanted so I went in to look at the new models. I was served by Anthony and he was very helpful and knew about the specifications on the cars. After going over one vehicle but not being to sure about it he told me to sleep on it and think about this particular model, I went back the next day and wanted to look at a 2014 Nissan X-Trail. I went for a test drive in the demo and Anthony went through all the features on the vehicle with me, he was patient and did not have a pushy sales approach. He obviously knows his cars and is great with customers. I am looking forward to picking up my new car, and I was pleased I found someone who knew what they were doing.
I must say on something that is ment to be exciting, expect your dreams to be shattered at Rockdale Nissan. I have never experienced service so bad from anywhere, and Ive met some bad car salespeople. I asked for a cooling of period with the sale as I needed to check something with work the Monday and that was then written in the contract. When I found I could not proceed with the purchase of the car i was ment with nothing but a wall. I had to call them six times in the course of the day and 4 emails. My boss even called them. They said the cooling of period didn't apply, even though it was in the contract of sale. I found some of the extras they promised me would void warranty and I found that the interest rate they had quoted was wrong.
