Rockingham Plumbing and Gas

Very rude and disappointing. I called today due to a blocked toilet. When I called the man he asked me which suburb. As soon as I replied he rudely said "No. I've been to your place before and Ive fixed your blocked toilet many times!". (I've lived there for 2yrs and haven't called once plus my parents lived in the house for the past 10 years- and they said when I called them they've never called a plumber once) I explained this and I said you haven't even asked me for my street or house number. He said he knew which house. (He got the house number even wrong) and he continued to tell me that I have spent thousands of dollars on that toilet and he won't come out to fix it any more call another plumber!"
We've never called a plumber before. So anyway.
We took that and we called another and they where a dream and the 3 primary school children and I now have a toilet that works.

I called this company today to discuss the connection of my gas cooktop. The person who answered the mobile number (and didn't give the name) told me, rather abruptly, that they couldn't do the job and hung up on me. I was not given a reason why they couldn't do the job. I found them to be very rude from start to finish of the very short call and was quite astonished to be hung up on. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
