We made a group booking for 3 apartments over the 2011/2012 Xmas New Year break. There was a total stuff up with the charges with 1 room being 20% discounted and then not honoring that discount to our other 2 rooms!! The staff are the rudest I have ever dealt with. The room was disgustingly dirty, used soap in the bathrooms, terrible towels & food scraps everywhere in the kitchen. We had no oven either. At $320 per night this is NOWHERE near a 4 star complex. There is no airconditioning either & the freestanding fans were cheap Kmart brands & sounded like a helicopter landing on the lowest setting, not ideal when trying to sleep. I would not recommend to stay at the resort to anyone & after being $600 more out of pocket than my friend who received the discount I will never go back.
