Rococo Hair

Its been 4-5 months since i had a hair cut at Rococo hair and my hair is still so damaged from the stylist thinning my hair out to excess. After all these months my hair has still not improved due to all the short layers and hacking. Since this hair cut my hair has been limp, fine and damaged which i never had an issue with before. A complaint was even made to the salon about my extreme disappointment and i was never contacted back as promised. Poor service. Poor hairstylists. Disgusted, angry and will never set foot in this awful, overpriced and inexperienced salon again. I advise any ladies with long thick hair to give it a miss if you still want any hair left after!

Absolutely devasted after having my hair hacked at and thinned out excessively. I had long thick hair which is now completely ruined. Its going to take MONTHS to grow out the excessive thinning. I told the stylist i was growing my hair and now its so short. Have never been so disappointed with a hair cut in my life. And it cost $72! Will never return and am absolutely gutted because now my long, thick hair is short and so thin! Wish i could get my money back but that's not going to bring my hair back to how it was!

Loud and uncomfortable salon. Went there 4 times and was left waiting substantial amounts of time without reason or apologies each time. TV's all around the place blasting the same horrible music video's. Low skill level haircuts. My hairdresser and did not understand my simple requests. Hair got chopped to bits. Management? offered to "fix" but just chopped more bits off. No "style" to speak off. Waste of time and money.

Had my 3 kids hair done at the same time. The staff were all gorgeous! Will definitely come back again. I've been using Rococo on and off for nearly 15 years.

Love this place. It's like the 'Rolls Royce' of the Hairdressing industry :-)
