These guys are really not worth taking your car to. I had my car repaired there and they promised that they have changed the sensors but they didn't, however they had charged the money to the insurance company. While I was picking up the car the sensor cable were hanging down from the bumper, which didn’t look new at all. In spite of advising them 3 times they said they have fixed the sensor but by the time I went home the cable was hanging again. I had continuous issues with the sensors after the car was repaired. I complaint to the insurance company and the accessors came over to check the car and mentioned that this is not correct and they have not replaced the sensor kit. I had to take my car again for the entire bumper to be changed.

I recently had an accident and my car was sent to Rod Bowens Prestige Smash at Blacktown. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and my car was repaired a lot quicker than I thought and the repairs were fantastic. I would highly recommend this repairer.

These guys fixed my car and charged huge bill. It was small accident and only bumper was effected thought they have charged for the parts they did not EVEN replaced or repaired

Paint job is very poor coz they use very cheap quality of paint and now I got my car rectified from other repairer

I will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone

put my car in with small dent on front bumper, for repairs to other damage, never asked for the bumper to be fixed. My car came back with a plastic bumper. extremely unhappy
