Highly qualified sales people, these staff members know the industry.
Have never had to wait, although I was the only person in the store.
On my inaugural visit, the staff member was happy to discuss EVERY one of my queries.
In fact, providing a complete factual understanding of pearls from all over the world, well after closing.
Whenever, I go in I learn something new about pearls and am always remembered by name!
As I reviewed all the pearls on offer. More so, I slept on it, with the advice to be sure rather than just choosing anything.
A great team, with a quirky selection of hand chosen and crafted beautifully set budget priced investment pieces.
Now I would hesitate to go anywhere else, from hereon!

Very dissapointed with the treatment I received at Rodricks yesterday. Left waiting for over 30 mins with nothing but a bad look by staff member. While being served I did not receive a smile while picking up a ring that was worth over $8000! Shame because the other experiences I have had with Rodricks have been fantastic, the lovely Diane was there while we chose the ring and the customer service could not have been better. Unfortunately yesterdays treatment by other staff had ruined the whole experience for me, I have never been treated so badly in a store ever before, let alone one where such a big purchase was made. Will definately be taking my money elsewhere from now on....
Hi Casey28. I am the owner of Rodricks Designs and I'm shocked to hear about your experience at my store on Monday 8th April 2013. We are a 14 year old business who prides itself on our customer service so your review is very concerning. I need more details as I have no record of your repair / remodelling / purchase on my computer system for that day. There are understandably busy periods in our store and at times our staff are with a client who may require more attention. Casey28, as you can appreciate we are not only a retailer but also an on-site manufacturer and repairer. Return business for us is essential. We have looked through the footage for that day and at no time is a customer left waiting for more than 12 minutes. It's extremely puzzling to me and my staff as everything is recorded. I just want to say that the service and attention to detail that i received here was fabulous. My fh and I chose a magnificent asscher cut 1.05ct platinum hand made ring. flawless craftmanship and the attention to detail was exceptional. surprising to find them in burbs but they knew their stuff. highly, highly recommend them. modern and very well priced - manufacturers.
