Rogerseller has the most amazing bathroom showroom in Melbourne, the level of focus on design and function is second to none. I am certainly pleased with the entire sales process and the assistance I got from the sales staff. I will be back for more!

This showroom is as inspiring and welcoming as any you will find in Melbourne. The displays are really design oriented and stylish. I'm looking to renovate at the moment so have been to a lot of the Melbourne bathroom showrooms and Rogerseller is certainly as good as they come!

Yes, the products look amazing, but after only a few months we had many problems including one product that needed to be entirely replaced. We can accept that this sometimes happens. However the aftercare sales is an abomination. We were told that it would be three days before anyone would even call us about our warranty claim because of the large number of claims beign made! No one returns your calls. It is no wonder their customer feedback email address does not work. We are still waiting for someone to just speak to us about our product which is now totally unuseable. What we can't understand is why there are no other bad reviews in relation to how bad Rogerseller's processing of warranty claims are. We had a problem with a Reece product which was rectified within a week and the customer service was impecable. In the future we will be going with Reece.

Firstly I would like to apologise, it's clear you didn't get the Rogerseller service that you should expect.

We have just come through a four week period where due to team resource changes and a new data system installation we temporarily dropped the ball in our After Sales service provision.

I understand that this is clearly not good enough for our customers.

We have taken the necessary steps to rectify these issues and I can assure you our After Sales service has returned to our normal high standards.
