Rogerseller is a premium supplier who understands equally the design of their products & their clientele requirements with inhouse specialists, a pleasure to work on projects with. However their retail supplier wc bath + shower were the opposite, Melissa the manager at the Campsie showroom showed very little respect & regard to showroom staff in the public domain, her attitude & therefore impression left lacked professionalism. However communication directly with the consultants showed that they were passionate, informative & quality driven. There were also many products displayed on the floor on top of card board boxes which cheapened the good products on display however many of these products are available elsewhere for far more competitive prices. The Chatswood showroom had more premium product but there was a distinct lack of solution driven service.
