I was really battling to keep up the SEO work and decided to outsource this to ROI.com.au. They promised all the things one would expect, and suggested that ROI was their game. Bottom line is they almost crippled me, I burnt more energy trying to understand what they were actually doing, balancing my cash flow as they were digging a big hole in my cash flow and trying to get them to stop selling me more services to solve a lack of conversion problem. They will tie you to a contract, underperform in anything more difficult than listing you on site directories. You will not enjoy this and if you survive the cash flow burn you’ll be left holding the baby. Worst business experience yet!

I cant complain about ROI.com.au they gave me a lot of traffic and leads when there was no way I could have done it on my own. This is my first go with an SEO company and I only wanted to do it for a little while just to see what it was like but I can clearly see I need them to help me manage the digital marketing side of my business. Theyre not too expensive, which is good for a small business like myself. Would I recommend them? Yes

As a new business owner I was cautious when my partner spoke to me about online marketing. I was unsure of this channel, but mainly the results I was to expect. I have a localized campaign supported by my google map. My online visibility has doubled and I am speaking with customers I could only dream of. I have no complaints regarding the service from roi, theyre always on hand to answer my calls.

We employed ROI to build us a new website and to provide SEO for our new website. They did a good job of building our website, but the SEO program was a disaster. 4 months into the SEO of our website, we were only averaging 6 non-brand organic traffic visitors per day to our website. We received few leads from the website over the four month period, once we were about 10 weeks into the SEO, we were told only to expect a 1% inquiry rate from the website. After discussions ROI said the best they had ever heard of was 2%-3% inquiry rate from any website, ever. The sales staff we had, who sold the package to us, lead us to believe we would be getting plenty of quality leads from the new ROI designed website. What a joke! ROI have been excellent from day 1. Southbank Melbourne Venues have been utilising their services for over 12 months and our Sales have increased month on month due to increased presence on the internet. We currently rank on the first page of Google for 97% of our selected keywords, this is something we didn't think was possible. We will continue to work closely with ROI and are looking forward to the year ahead.
