Awful experience! I wanted to return to my natural hair colour (brown) I walked out with black roots and chocolate brown lengths. I returned the following day for a clarifying shampoo which did nothing at all. The lights in the salon are misleading and they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. It cost me 190 for a botched colour then I had to spend more money on deep cleansing shampoo, hats and headbands to get me through the week until I can get back to another hairdresser which I will have to pay to try and get this fixed. I have never written a bad review in my life.. im actually embaressed to be seen right now :( Big Fat Boo!
