Rokk Ebony

Over the phone I was quoted $60, and by the end of the my cut I was told it was $105. Upon entering the salon all the workers i interacted with sounded robotic and dead, my hairdresser curled my hair and cut it after I had told her that I don't own a curler and did not want that, and overall didn't listen to what I want, rather what she thought was best. I paid double for a haircut I hate when I could've gone elsewhere for less than half, WITH friendly staff and a better cut. Would. Not. Recommend.

They really need to look at their service standards and pricing. Any woman will be lucky to leave with a basic cut and colour under $300. If you received supreme service and left looking a million dollars it might be worth it, but it's really nothing special. Very disappointed. obviously won't be back!

Went in to go lighter, came out a couple of shades darker and alot of damage to my hair. Was told it was my fault as \"my hair throws back alot of colour\" then was charged $200. NEVER go to this salon. Heed this as warning, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money and be extremely disappointed do not go here.

On my last visit to Rokk Ebony they were running to time, as usual. They took & hung my jacket, I was gowned up and sat down and the wonderfully talented staff stood behind me with scissors & comb poised ready to start - and then announced "There's a price increase of $20. It's now $95."

Hold on a sec. That's a price increase of over 25% !

And what? $95 for a basic mens haircut?

Did I get a 25% better haircut? No. Was there a 25% improvement in anything? No.

Will I find an equally talented stylist at a different salon who can give me the same haircut for half the price? Yes.

My last appointment at Rokk Ebony was precisely that - my last appointment.

How refreshing.. from the moment I walked through the door of this vibrant, busy salon to make enquiries I was dealt with wonderfully! It was super easy to make an appointment with the knowledgeable, friendly and professional receptionist.. I was looking forward to my appointment with excitement and I hoped they would not disappoint and they didn't! I had my blonde foils done, no cut this time and I'm super impressed. I was looked after superbly by everyone that had contact with me. With service and quality like this there is absolutely no need to even consider anywhere else..fantastic and a big thanks to all! I would recommend this salon to anyone, including men, it was nice to see a few of them being tended to during my visit!!..
