Terrible customer service - they charged me a $100 deposit when I couldn't come in through no fault of my own because I had Covid - and I was a regular client! There are plenty of other quality salons in Brisbane that value their customers and know how to treat them. I will not be back.

Worst haircut I've ever had. Seriously. The haircut I had at Rokstar (by the owner) was worse than anything I've ever had (and I've had some shockers over the years). It took me consulting with three different salons to find a hairdresser who would fix it, and the hairdresser who is currently fixing it (it's going to take a while) is doing it for 50% off for me as she feels so sorry for me, but on the proviso that I don't tell anyone she's doing my hair until it looks decent again as she doesn't want this monstrosity to be associated with her. If you're considering going to Rokstar, then goodluck to you, because I personally have zero faith in their ability to do hair.

I go to the Rokstar in Red Hill as it is close to work. Prices are a bit high but at least the blow dry is free. I hate it when other hairdressers charge you to dry your hair- as if it is an extra luxury! - This place makes a mean cup of tea! :)

I have been a regular to Rokstar for close to four years now and have only once walked out disappointed. They are amazing and when i rang and spoke with them about the disappointment they fit me in the next day and fixed it free of charge. However the price increases have been quite substantial with change of management.

I've been a regular for about 7 years and have had nothing but praise for Rokstar. I have recommended the salon to many. However the price I'd normally pay has escalated a whopping $50 since my last visit. I know small businesses need to make money however I feel as a loyal/ local client that this is just ridiculous. I will not be back, for the colour was nowhere near as good as it used to be.
