ROLLERTEC in Sunshine West had the best showroom we saw, they supply Commercial & House Roller Shutters, and Security Doors which are very well made.Being able to see how they operate, as well as having the best Remote Control (Rolls Royce).
Booked an appt and had two more Company's to check out, but kept thinking about Rollertec. Agent quoted fair price, a further measure and delivery date given. I must say the the Installer & the electrician were very professional and we were very happy, also have noticed the warmth inside now, and wondering why we had not done this years ago. Terry & Anne
Absolute worst company I've ever dealt with!!! No customer service skills whatsoever.
We had roller blinds installed in our main bedroom with a remote, electricians provided by the company were meant to wire it up so the blinds could be opened but the electricians didn't show up til one week after the blinds were installed (so we were in total darkness for 1 week with no fresh air) once they finally came they couldn't get it to open. Over the next 3.5 weeks after them coming to my house on four separate occasions showing up without notice inconveniencing me, we finally had fresh hair and light into our bedroom. When they left all they said was its working, we will send the rest of the invoice. They were beyond rude and the company was not apologetic AT ALL, and offered no discount or any compensation in the slightest. Very poor quality of work, created a mess on the installation days. Few months later the motors stopped working and no one bother to come or call even after I made numbers of call to the company and in the end I had to get someone else to fix their mess. So if you want to go through what I have been through feel free to do the business with them.
