Rolo Hire

Called to query about a short term hire for a college that was stuck in Brisbane.

The staff I spoke to was incredibly rude, telling me they "just aren't interested" in my query.

Shocking customer service!

Used Rolo as my partner and I were moving and could not afford to hire a removalist. They seemed to be a fair price, and were available when we needed it.

Their costumer service was quit poor, and slow, took an hr to actually get the truck. It was in ok condition, nothing special. Wasn't overly clean and aircon didn't work.

Car was in terrible state when i picked it up,i paid for the top insurance cover on the car, told me i was fully covered then when i had a crash refused to deal with the other party and gave them my details and said i hadn't paid for the insurance cover and to take it up with me. Then tried to charge me for the damage to their car as well.

They charged us extra money after one month over a mistake on the age of the driver without one notification.
Booked the car 2-3 weeks in advance and when we came to the airport we got greeted with a damaged car as well as a few defects not mentionned in the check list!

Definitively not recommended!
