Rolscar Smash Repairs

Would NOT recommend rolscar smash repairs to anyone. Got told estimated pick up date was the 1st December. Called up the week beginning to see if it's definite I can pick up that date and got told yes it would be ready. Got to the 1st of December I don't hear anything from them, called them up only to be told it's delayed another week. They didn't bother to call me to Tell me about the delay and I had already arranged for transport to get there to pick up my car. Got delayed another time as well- again they didn't bother to call me either I had to call them and when I received my car they had put the wrong badge on delaying the pRocess another WEEK. Worse place with worst customer service, you'd think a family business would do better. You guys should be ashamed of yourself.

I picked up my car today after having hail damaged repairs, fantastic job. It did take longer than I expected ( a week over ) but It was a massive job. I can't fault there quality, I don't mind how long it takes so long as the quality is there. I'm just so happy I finally got my car back and it looks great, I've used this business a couple of times over the last 10 years and would recommend there work to anyone. They even touched up some scratches on my bumper for free, very clean. Thank you Rolscar.

After the hail storm Nov14 my car had 8.5k worth of damage. A Caboolture smash repair had quoted going through insurance, though having used Rolscar previously I decided to support the local business instead. They said repair would take 2 weeks, it took 6! I had to follow up each week, and each week promise after promise 'it's not going to be ready until next Friday sorry' And after 5 weeks of the expense of hiring a car + $600 excess, I receive my car back (great job at repair I must say) with key open and lock buttons destroyed (no button, have to squish my finger into a small hole to open and close) They said it was like it when it came in!! Was so not!!! After 4 weeks of waiting to hear (left numerous messages) whether they will replace key or reimburse, today management 'advise' through admin staff, they don't believe they are liable. When I was last at this smash repairs (previously had excellent repairs done on this vehicle), I was given the offer to come to them for help when I was ready to sell my car. I have taken them up on their offer and am so happy that I did. After a interior detail, cut & polish, small paint touch up (chips in the paint on the front bumper, back door and bonnet) and had 3 small dents removed, my car looks brand new again, it has added value to my car and I am comfortable as I advertise it asking for the price I want. Again I will state that I would recommend Rolscar Smash Repairs to anyone
