Fantastic green space so close to the city and even more to see this time of year as there were lights in the evening for Christmas.
Our little one loved running round the lawn and through the different parts. Great place to meet friends for a picnic or play date and so easy to get to.
This is such an unexpected but beautiful area in the heart of the CBD. Parking is cheap and entry is free. There are several different zones from a large childrens playground, to a garden with sculptures, a man-made forest which you could easily be fooled into thinking grew there naturally. There is plenty of area for picnics or small venues. We walked the entire area in about 35 minutes but you could easily spend an afternoon here just relaxing.
