Avoid these guys at absolutely all costs. We are unfortunate enough to be in a building they manage body corporate services for.

It's a dilapidated hole with homeless people squatting in the stairwells. They don't take any maintenance or security issues seriously and are happy to have this near new building fall apart by the day.

Thankfully we are only renting - I'd hate to imagine what it would feel like to hand them money each month seeing how they waste it. Shame I can't post pictures of the building's disgraceful condition.

Brandon came off as a really nice agent. Listened to my whereabouts and concerns etc etc. he told me to send him all these forms by 6 pm. Giving me one hour to do so only. So I did just that, and included a massive amount of references to support my rental history and reason to move etc. well I also showed them my account standing and I sure as had a good chunk of money in there. Surprisingly he didn't ask for my birth certificate and social security number too! Anyway after sending them all those details they never even got back to me... Yep how rude of you and your real estate. I would never do business with them or anything. I've since found another place at the docklands which I am totally happy with. I would suggest you not waste your time with this real estate or agents that just do a bunch of talking and can't even pick up the phone to update you and say thank you out of courtesy at least.
