Worst customer service ever.Removalist smashed a window accidentally and told us they would have it rectified ASAP.We were then told to call office to speak to insurance handler who told us it was not their fault.All this after being charged an insurance premium as well.Staff swore around us while moving and one even walked inside with a cigarette.Not a great experience for moving into your new house.
