1 Star is too good for this pathetic salon. My daughter and myself visited this salon last week. We were having a mother/daughter day and decided to treat ourself to having our hair done. I had a colour, cut and blow dry while my daughter had balayage. She was supposed to have a cut but was shocked when she seen how my hair was done. It was so rushed it literally lasted no longer than 5 mins. No care was given. Everything was so rushed. Staff were far from friendly. Appalling service. I didn't know how bad my haircut was until I got home washed and blow dried it myself. The inaccuracy is horrendous. I had long hair and only wanted a trim and my face framed. I got hacked!! My poor daughter had balayage done and was assured it would look nice while trying to grow out a previous lighter colour she had. She asked that her roots not be touched. If it were possible to give zero stars I would. And if you’re wondering why they have such a high rating, DO NOT BE FOOLED. She snatches her clients phones out of their hands and leaves a review on their behalf, without asking prior to doing so.

I was recommended this place by a relative because they said she does a treatment I was looking to do. My hair was extremely long and they did not warn me as to what would come afterwards. I knew I had dead ends but I did not want to cut it so she trimmed it for me, and the trim was also uneven. I asked for a simple straight cut. Ronda is amazing, friendly and accommodating to all your needs. She is very bubbly and has great hairdressing skills. All this shines through her staff and other customers. I am happy with the end result and plan on returning on a regular!

She is the funniest hairdresser I've ever been to! Makes the whole salon laugh. Always very affordable and some of the best quality work in Sydney which is why I travel all the way to her.

Great hair cut and even better prices!! Highly recommend ??
