Completely agree with others here. You be the judge but straight out of their own mouth "fixing a leaky roof is like fixing a car. Sometimes you have to try a few different things before you get it right" . Sorry but I don't have spare 4k lying around for experimental repairs. I've gone through a nightmare because despite donating almost 4k to them, my roof continues to leak and apparently it's nothing to do with them. Look elsewhere if you want peace of mind.

incredibly disappointed and quite angry at the process when dealing with this company. They were asked to quote a job prior to purchasing a property. We paid deposit once receiving the quote and moved forwards with the sale. After a month of not hearing anything followed up when it was happening only to then be told the job was misquoted / underquoted and were unable to do the job for the price!! Even though this quote was the basis of property sale negotiations. Even though we tried to do all the right things and they've made it our problem to be stung with a larger quotation (which they never ended up providing anyway). Not sure how you can renege on a quote that has been agreed to and accept deposit for. We requested refund which we received. Not our fault and have been left unhappy at outcome. We will be engaging another company for the work.

YES BEWARE! We had an asbestos roof replaced with an iron roof with these people about 2 years or so ago. They were quick to get the job going and were slightly cheaper than the others. I came home from work during the day to see the work getting done and had to pull them up when I saw the rubbish job they were doing. They were screwing down the trimdeck sheets over our verandah and they were missing the hardwood joice and splitting it where they did occasionally find the timber to screw into. BEWARE! Roofmasters installed a new roof for us that leaked like a waterfall. They came back to "look' and 'fix" it but never fixed it, despite multiple calls advising them that it was leaking. They are not interested in fixing their shoddy work. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. EVER!

The team at Roofmasters are excellent, they are reliable and well priced.
