High pressure sales tactics duped us into paying 150% of the going market rate (down from an initial quote at 200%), and required a 20% deposit. As far as we can tell the job got done properly, the gutters are the colour we ordered, and the water runs the right way to the downpipes and doesn't sit in the corners like the old (rusted) gutters did. The installer put the roof tiles back after moving them, and replaced a rotten section of fascia as agreed. Didn't know it could be done by one man, but it was - aside from the ridiculous cost probably no harm done. The rubbish didn't get collected for 4 days afterwards.
