Roomie Cafe

Little cafe at the base of an apartment block, and protected by a round white cement wall. They've done a great job setting up the place - it is bright and cheerful (whether you're sitting outside or inside). Food was tasty and pricing was fine too.

Roomie is a small cafe under apartments in Bondi Junction, scandi style furniture and beautiful artwork and flowers on display. Available for lunch and brunch until 3pm, there’s a range of toasties, sandwiches and salads on offer. The truffle and pecorino truffle sandwich looks amazing, as does the hotcakes, but I was trying to be healthy today! I went for the pearl barley, pumpkin and spinach salad with a side of chicken and honey mustard dressing. The salad was healthy but a little lack lustre in flavour and could do with more dressing or perhaps some cheese. I also got a lavender tea and a coconut cookie. The waitress suggested the tea and I really liked this.
