After a large chunk of my hair just above my fringe line was cut out during a simple short back and sides haircut, it was suggested I had lost the hair and was suffering a disease. The stubble left was explained as being regrowth. I had a healthy head of hair prior to then. Avoid this place the plague...I did receive a refund. I now have to hide my hair for 3 weeks to wait for it to grow back and as an airline pilot I'm thoroughly pissed off.....
