Rose Garden Epping Early Learning Centre

I used to work in the early child hood industry and so choosing a centre for my child I knew was going to be a difficult task. I visited all the centres in the area and decided to go Rose Garden for a tour. The enrolment and orientation process was so easy and convenient and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the service provided at this child care centre. The manager always makes time to speak to the parents and is either there really early in the morning to say hello or stays late to see us in the evening, she is kind, caring and is truly passionate about providing high quality care to all children. The staff go above and beyond their regular duties to make sure they listen to my concerns and ensure my son it safe and comfortable when I drop him off... everytime im there i feel the genuine love the staff have for all the children. Thank you Rose Garden for an amazing centre in our community.

My sons.14 months.old and I was so nervous about leaving but the ladies in he's room made me feel so much beta management is always there to.help with anything not a bad word to say about the centre. If your nervous about leaving your baby don't be they make everything ok thank you

My son was 7 months when we started at Rose Garden Epping. I was nervous because i was going to leave him from 630 am to 5pm, but the staff have been amazing with the support that we both needed. You can tell its not about money but family with this centre this was proven at the christmas function when all families came together and had a great time. They are always able to provide friendly and accurate advice on the CCR and CCB which i just don't understand. A couple of months ago we found out my son was anaphylactic to eggs. The staff are very careful with the food they provide and if egg is given to the other children they ensure the area is clean and sanitised before my child continues to play. They provide help and advice when i require it and my son always enjoys his time. My daughter has been going to the centre for two years now and LOVES IT. I pick her up and most nights she asks 'why did I come so early?'. Communication between the staff in the rooms and the office is great and also between the parents. They are always willing to listen to anything we have to say and willing to help out.
People have to realise (reviews below) that they have to charge for public holidays, they still need to pay their staff for the public holiday. Yes I agree we have had three fee increases but at the same time they are looking after our kids and we are paying for a private session so therefore you would have to expect to pay more than a public centre. I have seen first hand public centres and they are no where near as organised as Rose Garden as well as clean and the things they have tought our daughter there is no way she would have learnt that in a public centre the staff in the room really take the time out with each kid and are always ...read more

My son is 3 years old and has been attending Rose Garden Epping for a year now. The staff in his room are just fantastic, very loving towards him and instead of a crying child in the morning when I leave him, it's a very upset child when I come to pick him up! The girls are fantastic with him and with there help and persistence we have now toilet trained him, which was an absolute breeze and would have been so much harder without there support and advice. My son is about to change rooms with the new year and I will really miss seeing the girls in his room, and I know he will miss them too, he talks about them constantly! I visited other centres before Rose Garden but from that first initial introduction they have been fantastic, and I know my child is growing and blossoming every day there.
