Rose GPO Hotel The

While they call it a hotel, it is actually more a bar, namely because it is substantially smaller than your typical pub. However, it was okay, and being located near the beach with a good view out over the bay did make it a rather nice and relaxing place. However, it really didn’t have much in the way of a good selection of beers. It was nice, but not one of the best I’ve been to.

I really like this place, not sure why the bad reviews. We always have lovely service and the food is really nice. They also have a great choice of wines and live music is an added bonus!

Just fantastic, best meals by far on the Peninsula and great value, try their steak or calamari you wont be disappointed

Do not go to this place unless you want bad service rude staff and a dirty smelly place to sit back and enjoy your overpriced flat beer there is nothing nice about it

Recently went there for din din. Was not happy with the level of service and food was far below average.
