To say that this group was disappointing is an understatement !
Rose Young recently packed our belongings into a shipping container for an interstate move -however, during the unpacking process at the other end, there were numerous items damaged or broken. Some of the issues were .... many items not bubble wrapped ( after paying extra for this !), valuable/ items placed at random within the container, dining table packed upright with heavy items placed on top resulting in all the legs snapping off, LED TV unit scratched and gouged, expensive leather Chesterfield lounge suite damaged ( it had coverings placed on it by us which were removed by these guys ! ) and the list goes on and on!
