Completely disgusted with the way I was treated as a customer. Not only was my booking apparently non-existent by the time I rang for a confirmation a week after guaranteed my original booking. But the person on the phone was rude, dismissive and then hung up on me when I told him I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me when I asked what other options there were. I could not believe it! Furious! I do not recommend these fellas at all.
Rosebery Rentals, you best lift your game because obviously your staff are incompetent and not concerned with professionalism or providing a quality service.
Pleased to say the manager/Director of the company contacted me in response to a direct complaint and apologised for the staff member in questions, indicating that they would be severely reprimanded for their actions. I was offered a replacement truck (though I had already booked with another company).
