A 3 bedroom home that has been recently renovated, with a wonderful large merbau deck, looking out towards Arthurs Seat, and equipped with a Stainless steel outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and a huge outdoor table seating 10+.

Inside are 3 bedrooms, two with new pillowtop queen beds, and the third with two sets of bunks and a trundle bed. Sleeps 9 people in comfort, or there is bungalow available at an extra cost that sleeps another 4 people (1 queen bed and a bunk). There is also a portacot and highchair if required.

The home has ducted evaporative cooling, a clean white kitchen with gas appliances, and a wheelchair friendly shower in one of the two bathrooms available.

The large backyard acommodates everything from backyard cricket, to lazing with a good book, and even has an outdoor shower to cool off from a day at the beach. No worries with the kids either as the backyard is secure.
